Art making in its simplest form is one of the most effective ways of reducing stress, clearing the mind, improving the memory, along with a plethora of other benefits which I’ll be expounding on in my posts, studies have shown that art making can even prolong one’s life!
Art making, compared to sitting with a psychiatrist for up to £200 per session is a very cost-effective and fun form of therapy.
One of the benefits of art making in a group means meeting new people, you may even make a life long friend or two.
Spaart Class is an art class for adults who lead busy, responsible lives. They are designed and created to help you relax and unwind.
You might be thinking “But I can’t draw!” well most of the people who take a Spaart Class haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school days. At the start of the class I’ll give you some tips on how to paint, mix colours etc. and I will be available to give advice throughout the class.
Spaart Class starts from 6:00 pm and finishes at 7:30 pm, on a weekday so you can arrive straight from work and have plenty of time left to enjoy the rest of the evening.
When you come to a Spaart Class put on your disposable apron provided and paint your stress away, and enjoy soft relaxing music while you sip your glass of wine, tea, and coffee.
This will be one of those rare times in life when it’s all about you. You’ll leave the class feeling stress-free and refreshed.
